I am a creative who is passionate about both blank-page ideation and hands-on form making. I’d classify myself as a savvy and determined person who’s interested in solving big issues. My goal within design is to engage an audience and invite participation.

Mandy Blouin is a recent graduate looking for unique opportunities to utilize and hone her skills as an effective designer and problem solver by working with professionals within the advertising and design community.

MY ROOTS

I'm from a small town where Oregon meets Washington.  I moved to Seattle to study at Cornish College of the Arts, focusing my energy on illustration, print-making, traditional photography, and painting.  After graduation I worked for a small antique jewelry doing sales and shortly fell into the position as they're in-house designer. During this time I rebranded the company, worked on advertising, marketing strategy and eventually worked on designing a new website for them. At the end of my couple years with this company I decided to return to school to follow my growing interest in graphic design.
